เมื่อวันที่ 27 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นายบัญชา ยืนยงจงเจริญ รองอธิบดีกรมการกงสุล ได้เข้าร่วมในพิธีเปิดการประชุมและมอบนโยบายด้านการจัดส่งแรงงานไทยไปทำงานในต่างประเทศ ประจำปี 2569 จัดขึ้นโดยกองบริหารแรงงานในต่างประเทศ กรมการจัดหางาน โดยมีนายสมชาย มรกตศรีวรรณ อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางานเป็นประธานและมีผู้ประกอบการบริษัทจัดหางาน นายกสมาคมการจัดหางานไทยไปต่างประเทศ และสมาคมนายจ้างส่งเสริมแรงงานไทยเข้าร่วมงานกว่า 300 คน ณ ห้องแกรนด์บอลรูม โรงแรมดิเอมเมอรัลด์ กรุงเทพฯ
รองอธิบดีบัญชาฯ พร้อมด้วยนายปณต เกียรติก้อง รักษาการ ผอ.กองคุ้มครองฯ ร่วมเป็นวิทยากรพิเศษบรรยายให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับภารกิจของกรมการกงสุลในทุกๆ ด้าน ที่พัฒนาไปสู่ e-Consular รวมทั้งการให้ความช่วยเหลือแรงงานไทยในต่างประเทศได้อย่างทันท่วงทีและมีประสิทธิภาพ และได้เชิญชวนให้แรงงานไทยติดตั้งและใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน Thai Consular และ e-help ก่อนเดินทางไปทำงานในต่างประเทศ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าแรงงานไทยทุกคนจะได้รับการดูแลอย่างทั่วถึงและได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารอย่างทันท่วงที
DDG of Department of Consular Affairs promotes overseas Thai workers Protection cooperation with Employment Department and Thai Overseas Employment Agencies
On 27 November 2025, Mr. Bancha Yuenyongchongcharoen, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Consular Affairs, joined the opening ceremony of the 2026 Annual Meeting on the Deployment of Thai Workers Abroad, organized by the Foreign Labour Administration Division, Department of Employment at the Grand Ballroom of the Emerald Hotel, Bangkok. The event
was presided over by Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, Director-General of the Department of Employment and there were 300 participants from recruitment companies, including the Presidents of the Thai Overseas Employment Agencies Association, and the President of the Employers Association for the Promotion of Thai Workers.
During the event, the Deputy Director-General Bancha, together with Mr. Panot Kiatkong, Acting Director of Protection for Thai Nationals Abroad, also served as guest speakers, providing insights on the Department of Consular Affairs’ missions which has been developed to e-Consular Services, including providing timely and effective assistance to Thai workers abroad. DDG invites all Thai workers to install and use the Thai Consular and e-help applications before traveling to work abroad to ensure that all Thai workers will receive necessary assistance and timely information.
