เมื่อวันที่ 28 ตุลาคม 2569 นางสาวนภามาศ ปัญญาตรง หัวหน้าสำนักงานหนังสือเดินทางฯ เชียงใหม่ ร่วมงานแสดงความยินดีกับนาง Jeannette Brüske Woelinga ที่ได้รับแต่งตั้งเป็นกงสุลกิตติมศักดิ์เนเธอร์แลนด์ประจำเชียงใหม่คนใหม่ ที่ Elephant Parade Land จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยมีนาง Margriet Leemhuis เอกอัครราชทูตเนเธอร์แลนด์ประจำประเทศไทย เป็นประธาน และมีนายนักปราชญ์ ไชยานนท์ หัวหน้าสำนักงานจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในฐานะผู้แทนของผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดฯ กงสุลใหญ่และกงสุลกิตติมศักดิ์ต่างประเทศในเชียงใหม่ ผู้แทนส่วนราชการ บริษัทเอกชน และภาควิชาการ รวมถึงชุมชนชาวดัตช์เข้าร่วมงาน

On 28 October 2026, Ms. Napamas Panyatrong, Chief of Chiang Mai Passport Office, attended a congratulatory reception for Ms. Jeannette Brüske Woelinga, the newly appointed Honorary Consul of the Netherlands to Chiang Mai, at the Elephant Parade Land, Chiang Mai. The event was presided over by H.E. Mrs. Margriet Leemhuis, Ambassador of the Netherlands to Thailand, and in attendance were Mr. Nakprat Chaiyanon, Chief of the Chiang Mai Governor's Office, as a representative of the Governor, Consuls General and Honorary Consuls in Chiang Mai, representatives from official agencies, businesses and the academic sector, as well as Dutch communities.
