เมื่อวันที่ 3 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นายบัญชา ยืนยงจงเจริญ รองอธิบดีกรมการกงสุล เข้าพบนายวิชิต อินทรเจริญ รองอธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน กระทรวงแรงงาน เพื่อหารือและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางความร่วมมือในการคุ้มครองแรงงานไทยในรัฐอิสราเอล ซึ่งมีจำนวนกว่า 5 หมื่นคนในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งมีนายอำนาจ พละพลีวัลย์ ผู้อำนวยการกองคุ้มครองและดูแลผลประโยชน์คนไทยในต่างประเทศ เข้าร่วมหารือด้วย โดยเฉพาะประเด็นการจัดส่งแรงงานไปทำงานในพื้นที่ปลอดภัย การส่งเสริมให้แรงงานไทยห่างไกลยาเสพติด การเร่งรัดทำร่างความตกลงระหว่างรัฐบาลไทยและรัฐบาลอิสราเอลว่าด้วยการจ้างแรงงานไทยทำงานชั่วคราวในภาคตลาดแรงงานเฉพาะในรัฐอิสราเอล และแนวปฏิบัติแนบท้ายความตกลงฯ “ภาคการผลิตและภาคก่อสร้าง” เพื่อให้การจัดส่งแรงงานไทยไปอิสราเอลเป็นไปอย่างรัดกุม มีประสิทธิภาพและคำนึงถึงสวัสดิภาพของแรงงานไทยเป็นสำคัญ
ทั้งสองหน่วยงานยังได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันการลงทะเบียนคนไทยในต่างประเทศของทั้งสองกรม เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่แรงงานไทยในทุกขั้นตอนการเดินทางไปทำงาน โดยมีเป้าหมายร่วมกันในการยกระดับมาตรฐานการคุ้มครองและส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานไทยในต่างประเทศให้ดียิ่งขึ้น

DDG of the Department of Consular Affairs calls on DDG of the Department of Employment on the Protection of Thai Workers in the State of Israel
On 3 November 2025, Mr. Bancha Yuenyongchongcharoen, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Consular Affairs, called on Mr. Vichit Intarajaroen, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour, to discuss and exchange views on enhancing cooperation to protect and promote welfare of over 50,000 Thai workers currently employed in the State of Israel. Mr. Amnat Phalapleewan Director of Protection for Thai Nationals Abroad Division also participated in the meeting.
The discussion covered key issues such as ensuring Thai workers are deployed only in safe areas, promoting anti-drug awareness among Thai workers, and expediting the finalization of the Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand and the Government of the State of Israel on the Temporary Employment of Thai Workers in Specific Labor Market Sectors in the State of Israel, as well as the Implementation Arrangements to the said Agreement (Manufacturing and Construction Sectors), in order to make the deployment process more efficient, transparent, and focused on the safety and well-being of Thai workers.
Both sides also exchanged information on the development of their mobile applications designed to facilitate the registration and management of Thai nationals working abroad, with the shared goal of enhancing legal protection and improving the well being of Thai workers overseas.
