เมื่อวันที่ 23 ธันวาคม 2568 นายบัญชา ยืนยงจงเจริญ รองอธิบดีกรมการกงสุลและคณะ พบหารือกับผู้แทนสมาคมนักเรียนไทยในสาธารณรัฐเกาหลี นำโดยนางสาวภูริชญา พิศวง รองประธานสมาคมฯ คณะฯ รับทราบความเป็นอยู่ของนักศึกษาไทยในสาธารณรัฐเกาหลี ซึ่งมีจำนวนกว่า 600 คน และได้ขอความร่วมมือสมาคมฯ ช่วยประชาสัมพันธ์กับสมาชิกสมาคมฯ และกลุ่มนักศึกษาไทย ตลอดจนคนไทยในสาธารณรัฐเกาหลีเรื่อง (1) การลงทะเบียนใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้งนอกราชอาณาจักรแอปพลิเคชั่น “Smart Vote” ของ กกต. และ (2) ลงทะเบียนคนไทยผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่น “Thai Consular” เพื่อเป็นช่องทางติดต่อกับสถานเอกอัครราชทูตในยามฉุกเฉิน

Department of Consular Affairs and Thai Student Association in the ROK Campaign the Overseas Voting
On 23 December 2025, Mr. Bancha Yuenyongchongcharoen, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Consular Affairs, together with his delegation, held discussions with representatives of the Thai Student Association in the Republic of Korea, led by Ms. Phurichaya Pisawong, Vice President of the Association.
On this occasion, the delegation exchanged views on the well-being of Thai students in the ROK with total number over 600. The delegation also sought the Association’s cooperation in publicizing among Association members , Thai student groups as well as Thai nationals in the ROK on (1) the registration for overseas voting through Smart Vote Application of the Election Commission of Thailand and (2) the registration of Thai nationals through the “Thai Consular” application as a channel for contacting the Royal Thai Embassy in Seoul in case of emergency.
