เมื่อวันที่ 19 มิถุนายน 2567 นายนฤชัย นินนาท รองอธิบดีกรมการกงสุล ได้ร่วมเป็นวิทยากรในการอภิปรายในหัวข้อ A new chapter for communicable disease control and prevention at point of entry in the next decade ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการจัดการประชุมวิชาการป้องกันควบคุมโรคและภัยสุขภาพ ประจำปี 2568 ภายใต้ theme : Shaping the Future of Public Health 2030 โดยได้แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองต่อการพัฒนาระบบ Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) ของกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของนโยบาย Re-ignite Thai diplomacy และจะมีส่วนช่วยทั้งในมิติการคัดกรองการเข้าเมืองและการป้องกันและควบคุมโรค ณ จุดผ่านแดนอย่างมีพลวัต ทั้งนี้ มีผู้เข้าร่วมรับฟังการอภิปราย ซึ่งรวมช่องทางออนไลน์ประมาณ 500 คน
On 19 June 2024, Mr. Naruchai Ninnad, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Consular Affairs, joined the panel of discussion titled "A new chapter for communicable disease control and prevention at point of entry in the next decade" which is a part of the Department of Disease Control's 2024 Annual Seminar under the theme "Shaping the Future of Public Health 2030". The Deputy Director-General shared the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' development of the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) system, which exemplifies Re-ignite Thai diplomacy and will contribute towards both effective immigration screening and dynamic prevention of diseases at the entry points. Approximately 500 participants including via online platform attended the event.
