เมื่อวันที่ 30 ตุลาคม 2569 นางสาวภัทรภร แสงจันทร์ เจ้าพนักงานธุรการชำนาญงานประจำสำนักงานหนังสือเดินทางฯ เชียงใหม่ เข้าร่วมการแถลงข่าวการจัดงาน “มนต์เสน่ห์เชียงใหม่ เมืองดอกไม้งาม” (CHARMING Chiang Mai Flower Festival) ภายใต้แนวคิด “Blossoming Heritage เบ่งบานตามรอยประวัติศาสตร์ 730 ปี เมืองเชียงใหม่ สู่มรดกโลก” ที่หอประชุมเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 80 พรรษา องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยมีนายทศพล เผื่อนอุดม ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เป็นประธาน และมีนายพิชัย เลิศพงศ์อดิศร นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ภาคเอกชน และสื่อมวลชนเข้าร่วม

งาน “มนต์เสน่ห์เชียงใหม่ เมืองดอกไม้งาม” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้การท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ในช่วงฤดูหนาวและยกระดับเชียงใหม่สู่การเป็นเมืองแห่งเทศกาล โดยนำเสนอความงดงามของสวนดอกไม้เมืองหนาวและกล้วยไม้นานาพันธุ์ ควบคู่กับการถ่ายทอดเรื่องราวประวัติศาสตร์และอัตลักษณ์ของเมืองเชียงใหม่ ผ่านการประดับไฟ การแสดงม่านน้ำประกอบแสง สี เสียง และพลุ กิจกรรมด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรม ซึ่งรวมถึงอาหารและดนตรีล้านนา ตลอดจนการส่งเสริมผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนและสินค้า OTOP เพื่อกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจและสร้างรายได้ให้แก่ชุมชนในจังหวัด ทั้งนี้ การจัดงานได้รับความร่วมมือจากตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ในการเตรียมมาตรการดูแลความปลอดภัยแก่ประชาชนและนักท่องเที่ยว ทั้งยังมีตำรวจท่องเที่ยวและเจ้าหน้าที่ที่สื่อสารภาษาต่างประเทศเตรียมอำนวยความสะดวกภายในงาน

งานมีกำหนดจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 27 พฤศจิกายน 2569 - 3 มกราคม 2570 เวลา 07.30 - 23.00 น. ณ สวนองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่

On 30 October 2026, Ms. Pattraporn Sangjan, General Service Officer, Experienced Level, at Chiang Mai Passport Office, attended the Press Briefing for the event “CHARMING Chiang Mai Flower Festival” under the theme “Blossoming Heritage: Blooming along 730 years of Chiang Mai History to the World Heritage” at the Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization Convention Hall. The press briefing was presided over by Mr. Thosaphon Phuean-udom, Governor of Chiang Mai province, and in attendance were Mr. Pichai Lertpongadisorn, Chief Executive of Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO), chiefs of provincial offices, the private sector and members of the media.

The “CHARMING Chiang Mai Flower Festival” has objectives to promote and build confidence for the province’s tourism during the winter season and elevate Chiang Mai to be a festival city. The event presents the beauty of gardens of a wide variety of winter flowers and orchids, alongside conveying history stories and Chiang Mai’s character through light decoration, a water curtain performance with lights, colours, sound and fireworks, arts and cultural performances, including Lanna gastronomy and music. There will also be showcases of community and OTOP (sub-district level) products to boost the local economy and generate income for communities in the province. In organising the event, the Chiang Mai police have collaborated to prepare safety measures for visitors and tourists, while Tourist Police and multi-lingual officers stand by to facilitate throughout.

The event will be held from 27 November 2026 to 3 January 2027 during 07.30 - 23.00 hrs. at the Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization (CMPAO) Garden.
