เมื่อวันที่ 29 กันยายน 2569 นางสาวนภามาศ ปัญญาตรง หัวหน้าสำนักงานหนังสือเดินทางฯ เชียงใหม่ เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดงาน “3 ทศวรรษสภาวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดเชียงใหม่” ประจำปี 2569 ภายใต้แนวคิด “รักษ์ราก สืบสาน สร้างสรรค์ สู่สากล” จัดโดยสภาวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ที่ศูนย์ประชุมนานาชาติคุ้มคำ เชียงใหม่ โดนมีนายศิวะ ธมิกานนท์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เป็นประธาน และมีนายสุรพล เกียรติไชยากร ประธานสภาวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ เครือข่ายทางวัฒนธรรม 25 อำเภอ ศิลปินพื้นบ้าน และเยาวชนร่วมงาน

งานในครั้งนี้เป็นความร่วมมือกันระหว่างสภาวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ กรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรม กระทรวงวัฒนธรรม สำนักงานวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และภาคีเครือข่ายทางวัฒนธรรม 25 อำเภอของจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เพื่อเผยแพร่ประวัติความเป็นมา บทบาท และผลงานของสภาวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ตลอด 32 ปีที่ผ่านมา เชิดชูเกียรติผู้มีคุณูปการต่อสภาวัฒนธรรมฯ ตลอดจนเปิดพื้นที่ให้เครือข่ายทางวัฒนธรรมนำเสนอและสืบสานอัตลักษณ์ ภูมิปัญญา และมรดกวัฒนธรรมล้านนาสู่สากล ผ่านกิจกรรมหลากหลายรูปแบบตลอดวัน

On 29 September 2026, Ms. Napamas Panyatrong, Chief of Chiang Mai Passport Office, attended in the opening ceremony of the 2026 “Three Decades of Chiang Mai Provincial Cultural Council” under the concept “origin preservation, inheritence, creativity, going global,” organised by the Chiang Mai Provincial Cultural Council at the Khum Kham International Convention Centre Chiang Mai. The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Siwa Thamikanon, Deputy Governor of Chiang Mai, and attended by Mr. Surapol Kiatchaiyakorn, Chairman of the Chiang Mai Provincial Cultural Council, chiefs of public agencies, 25-district cultural network, local artists and youths.

The event is a cooperation between the Chiang Mai Provincial Cultural Council, Departmwnt of Cultural Promotion, Ministry of Culture, Chiang Mai Provincial Office of Culture, and partners of Chiang Mai’s 25-district cultural network. It is organised to promote history, roles and achievements of the Cultural Council during the past 32 years, honor benefactors to the Cultural Council, as well as create space for the cultural networks to present and promote Lanna characters, wisdom, and cultural heritage to the world through a series of diverse activities throughout the day.
