เมื่อวันที่ 1 กันยายน 2569 นางสาวนภามาศ ปัญญาตรง หัวหน้าสำนักงานหนังสือเดินทางฯ เชียงใหม่ เข้าร่วมงานแถลงข่าวเปิดตัวโครงการ “Cosmo Local CNX 2026” ที่พันทิพย์ ไลฟ์สไตล์ ฮับ เชียงใหม่ พร้อมขับเคลื่อนโมเดลต้นแบบ “Nomad Friendly District” (NFD) ที่ย่านสันป่าข่อย - วัดเกต เชื่อมคนท้องถิ่นกับ digital nomads ในจังหวัดเพื่อร่วมสร้างเมืองสร้างสรรค์ตลอดเดือนกันยายน โดยมีนายบุญลือ ธรรมธรานุรักษ์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และนายพิสันต์ สุวรรณธาดา กรรมการผู้จัดการ พันทิพย์ ไลฟ์สไตล์ ฮับ เชียงใหม่ กล่าวเปิด ขณะที่นางสาวอริสา นิมมานเหมินท์ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท อนุสาร จำกัด และนาย John Ho ผู้ก่อตั้งพื้นที่พักอาศัยและทำงานร่วมกัน Alt ChiangMai ร่วมถกแนวทางการยกระดับเชียงใหม่สู่เมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้และความคิดสร้างสรรค์ระดับนานาชาติ เปิดพื้นที่ให้คนท้องถิ่นและ digital nomads จากทั่วโลกใช้ชีวิต เรียนรู้ แลกเปลี่ยน และสร้างสรรค์สิ่งใหม่ร่วมกัน

โครงการ Cosmo Local CNX 2026 จัดขึ้นเป็นปีแรก โดยจะมีกิจกรรมตลอดเดือนกันยายน 2569 ในรูปแบบ Pop-up Village ผ่านความร่วมมือของภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน ภาคประชาสังคม และเครือข่ายนานาชาติ เพื่อทดลองแนวทางการพัฒนาเมืองที่เชื่อมโยงชุมชนท้องถิ่นกับกลุ่ม digital nomads จากทั่วโลก โดยเลือกย่านสันป่าข่อย - วัดเกตเป็นพื้นที่ต้นแบบในการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน กิจกรรมทางวัฒนธรรม งานสร้างสรรค์ และการสร้างเสริมศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการท้องถิ่นให้เติบโตควบคู่กับการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายคนรุ่นใหม่ ภายใต้แนวคิดการต่อยอดเชียงใหม่จาก “Nomad Destination” เมืองที่ผู้คนเดินทางเข้ามาพักอาศัย สู่ “Nomad Friendly District” พื้นที่ที่ผู้คนจากทั่วโลกสามารถเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชนสร้างคุณค่าใหม่และการพัฒนาเมืองอย่างสร้างสรรค์ สมดุล และยั่งยืน ศึกษารายละเอียดโครงการฯ เพิ่มเติมได้ที่ https://cosmolocalcnx.com/

On 29 August 2026, Ms. Napamas Panyatrong, Chief of Chiang Mai Passport Office, participated in the press conference launching “Cosmo Local CNX 2026” project at Pantip Lifestyle Hub in Chiang Mai to develop a “Nomad Friendly District” (NFD) prototype at the San Pa Khoi - Wat Ket District connecting locals with digital nomads in the province towards a creative city establishment throughout September. Mr. Boonlue Thamtharanurak, Deputy Governor of Chiang Mai, and Mr. Pisan Suwanthada, General Manager of Pantip Lifestyle Hub in Chiang Mai, delivered opening remarks, while Ms. Arisa Nimmanahaeminda, Managing Director of Anusarn Co., Ltd., and Mr. John Ho, Founder of Alt_ChiangMai Co-living & Co-working space, jointly discussed ways to elevate Chiang Mai to an international creative learning and thinking city. The project aims to open spaces for locals and digital nomads from across the globe to live, learn, exchange and create new things together.

The “Cosmo Local CNX 2026” project is organised for the first time with activities throughout September 2026 in a Pop-up Village model, with cooperation from public agencies, private sector, civil society and international networks, to experiment city development directions in connecting local communities with digital nomads from around the world. The San Pa Khoi - Wat Ket District is picked to be a prototype area in developing infrastructure, cultural activities, creative work, and capacity building for local entrepreneurs to grow alongside new generation network connection. This is implemented under the idea to advance Chiang Mai from a “Nomad Destination,” a place where people just come to stay, to a “Nomad Friendly District,” the city where nomads from everywhere can contribute to communities in creating new values and developing the city in a creative, balance and sustainable manner.
