เมื่อวันที่ 22 กันยายน 2569 นางสาวนภามาศ ปัญญาตรง หัวหน้าสำนักงานหนังสือเดินทางฯ เชียงใหม่ เข้าร่วมงานครบรอบ 77 ปี การสถาปนาสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน จัดโดยสถานกงสุลใหญ่แห่งสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนประจำเชียงใหม่ ที่โรงแรมแชงกรี-ลา เชียงใหม่ โดยมีนายรัฐพล นราดิศร ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ กล่าวแสดงความยินดี และนายเฉิน ไห่ผิง กงสุลใหญ่แห่งสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนประจำเชียงใหม่ เป็นประธานฝ่ายจีน

ผู้ว่าฯ แสดงความยินดีกับฝ่ายจีนในนามของจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พร้อมกล่าวถึงความสัมพันธ์ไทย - จีนที่ดำเนินมาอย่างมั่นคงและแน่นแฟ้นดั่งพี่น้องที่เกื้อกูลกันในทุกมิติ โดยจังหวัดเชียงใหม่พร้อมที่สนับสนุนการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือรอบด้านระหว่างสองประเทศให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป ขณะที่กงสุลใหญ่จีนฯ ย้ำถึงพัฒนาการทางเศรษฐกิจ เทคโนโลยี และความทันสมัยของจีนในห้วง 77 ปีที่ผ่านมา รวมถึงอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญของความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย - จีนที่เริ่มต้น "50 ปีทอง" ถัดไปตั้งแต่เมื่อปี 2568 สะท้อนผ่านความร่วมมืออันแนบแน่น ทั้งด้านเศรษฐกิจ การค้า การท่องเที่ยว ยานยนต์พลังงานใหม่ ตลอดจนการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวัฒนธรรม ทั้งยังยืนยันความพร้อมของสถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ในการร่วมมือกับทุกจังหวัดในภาคเหนือของไทยเพื่อสร้างประชาคมที่มีอนาคตร่วมกันอย่างยั่งยืน

On 22 September 2026, Ms. Napamas Panyatrong, Chief of Chiang Mai Passport Office, participated in the reception celebrating the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China at Shangri-La Chiang Mai Hotel. Mr. Rattanaphon Naradisorn, Governor of Chiang Mai, delivered congratulatory remarks, while Mr. Chen Haiping, Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Chiang Mai, was the Chair of the Chinese side.

The Governor congratulated the Chinese side on behalf of Chiang Mai province and underscored such secure and cordial Thailand - China relations in the way how siblings support one another in all dimensions. Chiang Mai province stands ready to join in promoting comprehensive cooperation between the two countries to grow sustainably. The Chinese Consul-General highlighted China’s progress in economy, technology and modernisation throughout the past 77 years. He also emphasised how Thailand and China have entered another milestone in the relations starting the next 50 golden years since 2025, which is reflected in close cooperation in economy, trade, tourism, automobile, new energy, and cultural exchanges. He also reaffirmed the Consulate-General’s readiness to cooperate with every province in northern Thailand to build a sustainable community with joint futures.
