เมื่อวันที่ 10 สิงหาคม 2569 นางสาวนภามาศ ปัญญาตรง หัวหน้าสำนักงานหนังสือเดินทางฯ เชียงใหม่ พบหารือกับ ดร. มล.ปรียพรรณศรีธวัช กงสุลใหญ่กิตติมศักดิ์เปรูประจำจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และประธานเครือข่ายผู้ประกอบการสตรีอาเซียน ประเทศไทย และนางสาว Jazmina Lizbeth Clemente Pecho อุปทูตรักษาราชการชั่วคราว สถานเอกอัครราชทูตเปรูประจำประเทศไทย ที่สถานกงสุลใหญ่กิตติมศักดิ์เปรูประจำจังหวัดเชียงใหม่

หัวหน้าสำนักงานหนังสือเดินทางฯ ย้ำความพร้อมในการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างไทยกับเปรู โดยเฉพาะผ่านการสนับสนุนการทำงานของสถานกงสุลใหญ่กิตติมศักดิ์เปรูฯ รวมถึงขอบคุณที่กงสุลใหญ่กิตติมศักดิ์เปรูฯ เป็น “ทูตวัฒนธรรม” เผยแพร่เอกลักษณ์ความเป็นไทยให้คนเปรูได้รู้จักประเทศไทยอย่างสม่ำเสมอและสร้างเสริมปฏิสัมพันธ์ในระดับประชาชนระหว่างสองประเทศอย่างต่อเนื่องมากว่า 20 ปีที่ผ่านมา ทั้งยังย้ำกับอุปทูตฯ เปรูฯ ว่า สำนักงานฯ เป็นส่วนขยายในภูมิภาคของกระทรวงการต่างประเทศที่ยินดีประสานงานและร่วมมือกับสถานเอกอัครราชทูตเปรูประจำประเทศไทยในทุกด้าน ขณะที่กงสุลใหญ่กิตติมศักดิ์เปรูฯ ยินดีต้อนรับหัวหน้าสำนักงานหนังสือเดินทางฯ และพร้อมร่วมงานกับสำนักงานฯ อย่างเต็มที่

On 10 August 2026, Ms. Napamas Panyatrong, Chief of Chiang Mai Passport Office, had discussions with M.L. Preeyapun Sridhavat is the Honorary Consul General of Peru in Chiang Mai and Chairperson and Thailand Focal Point for the ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Network (AWEN) and Ms. Jazmina Lizbeth Clemente Pecho, Chargé d'affaires a.i. at the Embassy of Peru in Thailand, at the Honorary Consulate General of Peru in Chiang Mai.

The Chief of Passport Office underscored her readiness to advance relations between Thailand and Peru, especially through supporting the works of the Honorary Consulate General. She also expressed appreciation, recognising the Honorary Consul General as the “cultural ambassador” in consistently promoting Thailand’s identities for Peruvians to learn more about Thailand and continuously enhancing people-to-people interactions between the two countries for more than 20 years. She also stressed with the Chargé d'affaires a.i. at the Peruvian Embassy that the Passport Office is the regional extension of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and is pleased to coordinate and cooperate with the Peruvian Embassy in Bangkok in all dimensions. The Honorary Consul General welcomed the Chief of Passport Office and expressed her readiness to work together onwards
