เมื่อวันที่ 4 ธันวาคม 2568 อธิบดีกรมการกงสุลและคณะได้พบปะกับสมาชิกทีมประเทศไทย ณ กรุงมอสโก กลุ่มนักศึกษาไทย พนักงานสปาแอนด์เวลเนส โดยอธิบดีฯ และคณะได้รับทราบถึงการศึกษา การทำงานในรัสเซีย ตลอดจนสภาพความเป็นอยู่ของคนไทย นอกจากนี้ ยังได้รับทราบถึงแนวคิดการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างเครือข่ายนักศึกษาไทยที่ศึกษาที่กรุงมอสโกกับนักศึกษาไทยที่ศึกษาที่เมืองต่าง ๆ ในรัสเซีย เพื่อให้มีการติดต่อหรือมีกิจกรรมร่วมกันมากขึ้น และข้อเสนอของกลุ่มพนักงานสปาแอนด์เวลเนสในการรวมกลุ่มเพื่อให้คำแนะนำ/ช่วยเหลือการดำรงชีพ/ประกอบวิชาชีพสปาแอนด์เวลเนส ซึ่งอธิบดีฯ พร้อมให้การสนับสนุนผ่านสถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงมอสโก ตามแผนงานการเสริมสร้างชุมชนไทยให้เข้มแข็ง
ในโอกาสเดียวกัน อธิบดีฯ และคณะ ได้ขอให้ชุมชนไทยให้ความสำคัญกับการเตรียมความพร้อมของเอกสารประจำตัว เช่น บัตรประชาชนและหนังสือเดินทางให้มีอายุใช้งาน เพื่อความสะดวกรวดเร็วในการติดต่อกับหน่วยงานราชการไทย
Director-General of the Department of Consular Affairs Meets Representatives of Thai Community in Russia
On 4 December 2025, Director-General of the Department of Consular Affairs, and his delegation met with Team Thailand in Moscow, Thai students, spa and wellness staff, and learned about their education, employment, and living conditions in Russia. The delegation acknowledged the initiative to link networks of Thai students in Moscow with ones in other cities in Russia, with an aim to enhance their communication and joint activities and welcomed a proposal from the group of Thai spa and wellness staff to set up a support group on both initiatives, to assist and provide advice on living condition in Russia and job opportunities, etc. The Director-General and his delegation expressed their readiness to support the initiatives through the Royal Thai Embassy in Moscow, in accordance with the Embassy’s existing plan to strengthening Thai community in Russia.
On this occasion, the delegation gave advice to Thai community to prepare their valid identification documents, such as national identification cards and passports in order to ensure the convenience when contacting Thai governmental agencies.
